We currently ship within Cambodia.

International shipping is might be available depending on the country, please contact us first.

International shipping have different prices.

3. Delivery Time Estimates

Estimated delivery times after order processing:

Phnom Penh: 1–2 business days
Siem Reap: 1–2 business days
Other provinces: 2–4 business days

From time to time, free shipping promotions may be offered and will be clearly displayed on the website.

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact number are accurate to avoid delays.

7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

If an order cannot be delivered due to:

Unreachable phone number
Customer not available to receive the order

Additional delivery fees may apply for re-delivery.

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

Photos of the package and product

We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
